1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all travel services organized and sold by Voyage More (“the Company”), including guided tours, accommodations, meals, and related tourism activities in France and abroad.
By booking a trip with Voyage More, the client (“the Customer”) acknowledges and accepts these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services
Voyage More provides complete travel experiences (“the Trip”), including accommodation, meals, and activities as described in each itinerary.
Airfare, as well as all transportation before the start and after the end of the Trip, are not included.
Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from the designated meeting points.

3. Prices and Currency
All prices are displayed and invoiced in U.S. dollars (USD) and include only the services explicitly listed in the itinerary.
Invoices will include a note specifying the EUR equivalent based on the official exchange rate on the day of payment.
All payments are to be made through approved international methods (see Section 7).
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • international or domestic flights to/from the destination,

  • personal expenses, insurance, or optional activities not mentioned,

  • meals and beverages not specified.

4. Booking and Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, a 40% non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance (60%) is due no later than 30 days before the trip start date.
If the booking occurs less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the trip price is due upon confirmation.
The deposit is intended to cover advance bookings made on behalf of the client (hotels, guides, meals, activities, etc.) and will not be refunded in case of client cancellation (see Section 6).

5. Changes by the Client
Any modification to an existing booking must be requested in writing.
Voyage More will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Any change may result in additional costs, which will be communicated and must be accepted before implementation.

6. Changes by Voyage More
If changes become necessary due to operational reasons, weather, or safety concerns, Voyage More reserves the right to modify the itinerary while maintaining the overall spirit and quality of the trip.
No refund or compensation will be due for minor modifications.

6.1 - Weather Conditions and Activity Modifications
Travel experiences may be affected by weather conditions, which can be unpredictable and beyond the control of Voyage More. In the event of adverse weather — including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, floods, strong winds, extreme temperatures, or any other meteorological situation that makes the scheduled activities unsafe, impossible, or significantly altered — the following conditions apply:

  • No refund will be issued for activities or services that cannot take place due to weather conditions, even if the adverse weather lasts several days or the entirety of the trip.

  • Voyage More will always strive to propose alternative experiences of comparable value whenever possible. However, alternatives are subject to availability, safety considerations, and operational constraints.

  • Weather-related disruptions do not constitute grounds for a refund, compensation, or partial reimbursement of the trip.

  • This policy aligns with industry standards for outdoor and experiential travel, where weather is an inherent part of the nature of the service provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 – Cancellation by the Client
If the client cancels the trip, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 40% of total price (deposit retained).

  • Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% of total price.

  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 75% of total price.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total price.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email). Refunds are processed within 30 days, minus applicable transaction fees.
If the deposit paid is lower than the applicable cancellation fee, the client agrees to pay the difference upon request.
These conditions reflect the non-refundable commitments Voyage More makes to its local partners upon confirmation.

7.2 – Cancellation by Voyage More
In the event Voyage More must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, insufficient participants, safety concerns), clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Voyage More will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., flights, visas, insurance).

8. Force Majeure
Voyage More shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, or government restrictions.

9. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visas, insurance certificates, etc.) are valid for the duration of their trip. Voyage More cannot be held liable for any failure to obtain the necessary documents.

10. Payment Methods
Voyage More accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (SWIFT or local) to Voyage More’s account

  • Credit card via secure platform (Wise, Stripe, or similar)

  • Or other secure payment links provided by Voyage More

All payment-related fees (bank, transfer, or conversion) are borne by the client.
This ensures full payment of the invoiced amount in USD to Voyage More.

11. Insurance
All clients must have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Proof of insurance must be provided before the start of the trip.
Voyage More may recommend reputable international insurance providers upon request but is not responsible for the adequacy or validity of any individual policy.
Clients who fail to provide proof of insurance may be denied participation in the trip without refund.

12. Responsibility for Health, Fitness, and Safety
Each client is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ensuring it is suitable for the activities described in the trip program.
Voyage More must be informed in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, physical limitations, or dietary restrictions.
Failure to disclose such information releases Voyage More from all liability in the event of an incident or allergic reaction during the trip.
Voyage More reserves the right to refuse participation if such information is withheld or if the client’s condition may compromise the safety or comfort of the group.
Voyage More cannot be held responsible for accidents or damages resulting from negligence, omission, or personal behavior of the client.

13. Participant Conduct and Group Rules
Each Customer agrees to comply at all times with the instructions, safety guidelines, itinerary, and group organization established by Voyage More and its local partners.
Customers remain free to decline participation in certain activities, to rest, or to temporarily separate from the group, provided that Voyage More is informed as early as reasonably possible and that such decision does not compromise safety, logistics, or the overall organization of the Trip.
Any activity undertaken independently by the Customer outside the organized framework of the Trip is done at the Customer’s own risk, and Voyage More shall not be held liable for any incident, delay, or consequence arising therefrom.
Voyage More reserves the right to exclude, partially or entirely, any Customer whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, disruptive, or incompatible with the smooth running of the Trip.
Such exclusion shall not give rise to any refund or compensation.

14. Emergency Authorization
In the event of illness, accident, or any situation requiring urgent intervention, the Customer authorizes Voyage More and its representatives to take all reasonable measures necessary to protect the Customer’s health and safety.
This may include, without limitation:

  • contacting emergency or medical services,

  • organizing transportation to a medical facility,

  • communicating with emergency contacts if necessary.

All costs incurred as a result of such actions remain the responsibility of the Customer and must be covered by the mandatory personal travel insurance required under Section 11.

15. Liability
Voyage More acts as an intermediary between clients and independent suppliers (hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation companies, etc.).
The Company cannot be held responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
Clients participate in activities at their own risk.

16. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 10 days after the end of the trip.
Voyage More will review the matter and aim to resolve it amicably.
If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be governed exclusively by French law and submitted to French courts.

17. Image Rights
During the Trip, Voyage More may take photographs or videos in which the Customer may appear.
Unless expressly refused in writing prior to or during the Trip, the Customer authorizes Voyage More to use such images for communication and promotional purposes strictly related to Voyage More’s activities (including website, social media, brochures, and presentations).
This authorization is:
– non-exclusive,
– non-transferable,
– granted without financial compensation.

The Customer may withdraw this authorization at any time by written request.
Such withdrawal shall apply only to future use and shall not require the removal of materials already published, printed, or distributed prior to the withdrawal.

Voyage More undertakes not to use such images in a manner that would be detrimental to the dignity or privacy of the Customer.

18. Data Protection
Personal data collected by Voyage More are used exclusively for the purpose of providing travel services and will not be shared with third parties except when required for bookings (e.g., hotels, guides).

19. Acceptance of Terms
Final participation in the Trip is subject to the prior signature of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Participant Risk Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk, Release and Image Consent. Payment of the deposit or full balance constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the client.
