Let’s start in Tokyo! From lively boulevards and markets to quiet temples and parks, be exhilarated by this immense city!
South of Tokyo, we can find beautiful mountain hikes near Mount Fuji, in the Kanazawa and Yamanashi prefectures
Still south of Tokyo, discover the Izu Peninsula with its beautiful coastline and hidden waterfalls
Without omitting the ancient capital of Japan: Kamakura, by the sea and full of temples
Leaving the big city and going inland, you can’t miss Nikko and its UNESCO heritage, temples and Shogun’s grave. Hiking along 500-year-old Japanese cedars to discover forest sanctuaries
Then, let's head to the majestic mountain range called the Japanese Alps. Temples, summits, volcanoes, skiing, castles, hot springs, wild monkeys, waterfalls, emerald-green rivers, multicolored valleys, traditional and historical villages, a strong regional identity and unique crafts.
Through the morning mist of the Kiso Valley, let's head to the Kansai region, home to the very traditional Kyoto, the sacred Nara, and the vibrant Osaka.
From there, venture into the green topography of the Kii Peninsula, where sacred sites and pilgrimage paths are UNESCO listed.
The exact itinerary will vary depending on the accommodation style and the time of the year.
